Having been released from a professional academy, Manchester alumni Ethan joined our Hyde Utd Football education programme not only rediscovering his love for the game but showed the resilience and determination to get back in the professional football, signing for Stockport County and winning promotion to League One.

A dedicated and driven student while on our Liverpool programme with a hugely successful career in youth and amateur boxing that includes a World Championship gold medal, Chloe turned professional becoming European Champion within seven fights. With the growth of women's boxing Chloe is one to watch.

Bursting onto the international swimming scene while still on our programme Lowestoft alumni William Ellard became a European, World and Double Paralympic Champion at the age of just 18! Throw in an MBE and you can say it's been an amazing journey of what we are sure will be a stellar career in the pool.

Having developed a passion for coaching while on our programme, Liverpool alumni Jay progressed onto Higher Education and secured a degree in Sports Management & Coaching. Jay's coaching expertise has seen him secure a role with Liverpool F.C working in Dubai as part of their international coaching academy team.

Still just 20, Ryan is one of the most accomplished fighters of his generation. A former 8x Junior Champion, 5x IFMA Gold Medallist, 2x Rajadamnern Stadium Champion, UK number one, 2x WMO World Champion, WBC World Champion, and ISKA World Champion, Ryan has achieved more before 21 than most fighters manage in a lifetime.

As one of our Steven Gerrard Sports Media alumni, Grace took every opportunity our career focused programme had to offer. With her own marketing and media business going from strength to strength, Grace is also CEO of the Goal Summit, Director of The Shankly Experience and works in sports broadcasting with brands such as Live Score.

Manchester alumni Paddy joined our Hyde United Academy programme having been released by Blackburn Rovers. The exciting winger rediscovered his belief and confidence to get back into the professional game that has seen him voted EFL League 1 Young Player of the Year, gain promotion to the Championship with Portsmouth and earn international recognition with Northern Ireland.

A versatile fullback and highly academic, Manchester alumni Alex secured a U.S Scholarship with North East Hawks University to which in his freshman year was an instrumental player in helping the University claim their first ever National NJCAA Championship title beating the best in America.

An outstanding academic from our Lowestoft programme, Cion progressed onto Higher Education gaining a first class BSc in Strength & Conditioning. Having gone onto work for Ipswich Town, Cion is currently a teacher and advanced sports science practitioner here at Access Sport College while also being head of strength and conditioning at Lowestoft Town F.C.

Former student of the year, Rhea's dominant displays of skill in amateur boxing has earned her recognition as one of the most promising young boxers in Great Britain. The Senior Elite ABA National Champion and Tri Nations Champion has been awarded a place on the England Boxing Development Team. All while completing her BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation and starting her own business.

Liverpool Alumni Michael progressed through one of our career focused partner programmes and then onto our apprenticeship programme. Michael's committed work ethic and passion of teaching and coaching within the local community has been rewarded with a full-time position as a Premier League Primary Stars Coordinator for the Liverpool FC Foundation.

Having completed his Level 3 Extended Diploma with distinction* Telford alumni Jack has progressed onto studying for a degree in Sports Business and Coaching at the home of Football, UCFB Wembley Stadium. A good goalkeeper himself, Jack is also the founder of his own coaching business for young aspiring shot stoppers.

With a glittering amateur boxing career that includes an impressive list of achievements that from being crowned a two-time National champion, GB tri-nations champion, alumni Liv has won a host of Gold medals around the globe for Team GB. Now on the professional boxing journey under the guidance of Paul and Ste Smith, Liv also has her own 1-2-1 boxing coaching business developing aspiring fighters and those that just want to improve their fitness.

Alumni Kieran was a role model student on our Newcastle Football Education programme. Leading by example on and off the pitch, Kieran has became an integral part of the Access Sport Newcastle coaching team on full time employment. His approach to coaching emphasizes individual player development, mindset, and emotional intelligence. A passionate coach, Kieran is currently coaching in a professional academy overseas in Qatar.

A highly talented academic, Manchester Alumni Ethan joined our career focused education programme shadowing the highly experienced physio and medical team at Hyde United Academy. A distinction* Ethan's pathway has taken him on to study a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation at Salford University while working at Stalybridge Celtic FC.

A triple distinction star student, Hadley has consistently embodied the culture and ambition of Access Sport. Progressing to a Level 4 FA Match Official winning the Manchester FA Official of the Year award, Hadley Demonstrated outstanding leadership and coaching expertise, to transition from student to tutor and coach at Access Sport.

Tom excelled throughout our Liverpool programme, discovering a passion for Sports Science. Achieving a Triple Distinction*, he progressed to Edge Hill University to study a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science. His dedication and professionalism have since led him into the professional game, where he now works as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Chesterfield FC.

Charlie has been a shining example of ambition and versatility throughout her journey with the Steven Gerrard Academy embracing every opportunity available to broaden her experience within the football industry. Charlie has progressed onto Higher Education, achieved her UEFA C coaching qualification works with Liverpool County FA as Women’s and Girls’ Recreational Football Development Officer.

Mai has excelled as part of our Telford and ET7 Female Academy Scholarship programme, showcasing exceptional talent within futsal. Her performances have earned her a call-up to the England International Development Squad at just 18 years old, underlining her potential on the national stage. Alongside pursuing Higher Education, Mai continues to work towards future England squad selection with the ambition of competing at the Futsal World Cup.

George emerged as one of the most exciting talents from our Guiseley AFC Scholarship programme, quickly making his mark at just 16 years old by earning a first-team contract. His eye-catching performances across both the U19s and senior side secured him professional academy terms with Huddersfield Town. George’s dedication, focus, and talent have since been rewarded with a first-team debut goal in EFL League One.

A natural leader both on and off the pitch, Jack's passion for coaching and player development quickly became clear, leading to the award of an apprenticeship upon completion of his studies. Jack has since become an integral part of the Alvechurch Further Education Programme and Academy, where he plays a key role in supporting and inspiring students to achieve their goals both academically and in sport.

Jack has turned his passion for sport into a successful coaching journey, progressing from the Level 3 BTEC Sport programme with partner Steven Gerrard Academy into Level 2 and 3 Coaching Apprenticeships. Jack's drive, professionalism, and fantastic mentality are stand out attributes to what will be a successful coaching career.

Sports Media student James Callagher used every opportunity to showcase his creativity as a sports videographer and podcast presenter. Since completing the Sports Media programme, James has launched his own videography business, producing cinematic content for athletes and clubs to grow their brands and online presence.

Regan “Ruthless” O’Brien Bellamy is one of the UK’s most exciting young MMA prospects. Regan boasts an undefeated amateur record and became an IMMAF Youth World Champion in 2024. Alongside competing, he also runs successful 1-2-1 coaching sessions to inspire the next generation of MMA Stars. A big future awaits!

2024 Access Sport & Steven Gerrard Academy alumni Tom secured a Professional Contract with Bolton Wanderers F.C Academy upon completion of his Football Education Programme with us.. Known for his dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to improving every day, Tom continues to progress both on and off the pitch.

Jayden has built a strong reputation as a talented sports photographer in The midlands and North West capturing powerful moments from non league to Premier League Academy fixtures. His professionalism and growing portfolio continue to make him an exciting young creative in sports media and has seen him secure work globally!

Starting on a Level 2 programme while resitting Maths and English GCSEs, Alexandra showed incredible resilience and determination to successfully complete her Level 3 qualification before graduating with a degree in Sports, Health & Exercise. now working in teaching, Alexandra continues to push herself towards new goals, with ambitions of moving into criminal investigation. A fantastic example of hard work, perseverance, and believing in your potential.

Caitlyn Skipper’s football journey has gone from strength to strength after progressing through our Norwich programme into senior women’s football with Long Stratton F.C. and Thetford Town F.C. Her outstanding performances on and off the pitch earned her a soccer scholarship with the Southwestern Illinois College, where she bagged 5 goals and 10 assists from right back in her fresher season alongside studying towards a degree in Health and Physical Education.

Following a pro academy release at 13, Second year student Ashton has developed into a fantastic box to box midfielder and has now achieved 50 senior first team games for Lowestoft Town at the age of just 18. His performances have generated interest and trials with EFL championship clubs as Ashton looks to achieve a professional contract that his ability and mentality deserves.

Kyran Purohit has developed into a passionate and inspiring community coach with Telford AFC. Dedicated to supporting and developing young players, Kyran brings energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every session. His commitment to helping the next generation grow both on and off the pitch highlights his exciting future within community football coaching.

Ryan Tweddle is one of Britain’s top young K1 kickboxers and a Kickboxing GB National Champion. Training out of Millennium Martial Arts, Ryan earned a historic bronze medal representing Great Britain at the WAKO European Youth Championships in Italy. Known for his explosive style, he claimed his national title with a dominant first-round stoppage performance.

Lacie Everton-Holden has been a standout performer, progressing into senior women’s football at just 16 years old with Walsall Ladies F.C.. Combining strong academic success with impressive performances on the pitch, Lacie plans to progress into Higher Education while continuing to chase her dream of becoming a professional footballer.

By the age of 18, Newcastle alumnus Drew Frame had successfully completed training with Guards 18 Platoon and gone on to take part in some of the UK’s biggest ceremonial events, including the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, Trooping the Colour, the Queen’s Funeral, and the King’s Coronation. Alongside ceremonial duties, Drew has also represented the military on overseas deployments across Kenya, Belize, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Cyprus.
